Vintage Red‎ and Blue Fringed Poncho Cloak

There isn't much that I know about this piece. It has no tags; no material tag, no size tag, no brand tag. From my research I did see it featured in a movie that was set in the 1970's, called The Ice Storm. Or at the very least it is very similar to the one in the movie. It's stunning! The colors are so vivid! I was instantly drawn to it. I'm not sure of the measurements to provide so please ask for where you would like me to measure and I am happy to do it.
