Vintage Red and White Polka Dot 80s Early 90s Romper By Scarlett Size 13-14 16 inches across waist 8 inch inseam  21 inches underarm to underarm  37 inches shoulder to hem   Tags say dry clean only  60% Acetate  40% Rayon  In good shape, however there is some very light red bleed  from the red on the white trim along the shoulder flap over trim please see photos
