Vintage Red Polka Dot Ribbon Ruffle Maxi Dress

Good used vintage condition. White lace trim dress with red polka dot pattern and accent red ribbon on left lower side and along ruffled neckline. Back side zipper. Tagged 9/10. Inner lining has few tiny holes as shown in last pic and some large pale yellow stains. Please note few areas where the ribbon is loose. I do not see a closure for hook at top of back zipper. Pit to pit 16”, empire waist 12.25”, length 46”, shoulder opening 22.5”. Modern day small, 4-6
