Reposhing this item I purchased from @emmaposhs. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
These trousers are in great condition. From a smoke free and no pet house. They are hemmed but it's done very well. Were hemmed before I bought them. Really pretty red color and the fabric is nice quality.
Waist measures 12.5 inches when they are flat
The inseam is 27 inches
Waist to hem is 38.5 inches
Across the thigh is 12 inches
