I wore this once to a 1940s themed military ball. It fit perfect under my gal meets glam dress that fell just above/at the knees. I posted the measurements. It has an elastic tie waist so really it could fit most sizes. Worked great under the length of dress I had. Great condition. Reposhing this item I purchased from @maxandollies.
