Vintage Red Cardinal Decorative Metal Tray From GIFTCO 1980's To 1990's

Vintage beautiful decorative metal tray featuring a red cardinal on a branch. Perfect for display or collection. Beautiful and vintage with bright colors with no fading. It is in great Vintage condition with a couple minor scuffs as shown in the pictures. They do not affect the presentation nor the use of the tray. The pictures show a couple of places where the paint has a small scuff in it. It looks like it has never been used. I am guessing these marks are from storing the tray. There are no dents except a minor one on the back that doesn't affect the presentation nor use of the tray. It measures 13 inches by 13 inches. Made in China for GIFTCO, INC ©️ It is not signed.
