Vintage 'Baby Togs' red velvet dress with smocking, embroidered hearts and a scalloped edge across the front. Comes as a set with an off white long sleeve shirt with delicate white polka dots. 3 button closure on back of shirt and 4 button closure on back of dress. Small stain on back of collar, pictured. Elastic at gathered cuffs needs replacing. Approximate measurements: shirt: 10 inches pit to pit and 9 and a half inches shoulder to hem. Dress: 10 inches pit to pit and 13 inches shoulder to hem.
