Vintage Red Asian Inspired Dress

Bright vivid cherry red dress with black piping A thin lightweight silkie like material (but I believe it’s actually poly) Late 70s early 80s vintage Love the puff shoulders and pleated cuffs Great condition to me but does have a few faint spots on the back of the neck and also a speck on one cuff (shown in the last two photos ) Belt is NOT included Vintage sz 4. Seems true to size measurements are shown as well
