Rather rare small hardback from 1970, featuring recipes from Costanzo Pucillo's Petite Marmite restaurant. Please note all photos. Pages yellowed around edges but recipes clear. There are food stains on a couple of pages and some scuff marks on a few more. The cover also shows wear like any vintage cookbook that has really been put to use. I think that's a good sign that the recipes are good as well. The recipes shown are just a few categories in this packed little edition. Includes stocks, bases and sauces, soups, entrees, luncheon dishes, fish an dpoultry, meats, desserts, cheeses and bread
