This item is a file folder for your recipe cut outs from magazines, or print out sheets from a computer, or hand written sheets of paper. It is hardcoer, with an accordian file inside that has 10 slots. It ties shut with a ribbon and can be stored away with your cookbooks. It is in great condition, not used but stored away. Some outside wear from being in a cabinet drawer.
