This skirt is amazing, a Y2K treasure! so soft, not uncomfortable on inside, has back zip and slit In back. There is elastic on the waist which is in fantastic condition, the whole skirt is! Beading on bottom is turquoise and 1” in length. These were super popular back in the day, but just do not see them in the wild too frequently!
