Vintage Rare Spinning Windmill Souvenir Spoon Holland 1980's

Rare but so cool Spinning windmill souvenir spoon from Holland purchased in the 1980's. My mom visited us in Europe and we traveled. She collects souviner spoons everywhere she went but now she is gone and we are selling her collections. So Unique! The bowl of the spoon has a beautiful picture molded into the spoon and can also be seen on the back due to so much detail.
