Look great with minimal effort. This stylish jacket has a velvety texture, intricate glittery pattern and a rhinestone embellished zipper pull. This is an all occasion top that can be worn alone as a top or a jacket over a formal gown. This top literally elevates your entire outfit, allowing you to simply add a black skirt or black slacks and turn heads effortlessly. The photos don't do it justice as it glistens in the light. Shoulders are lightly padded with shoulder pads that can be easily snipped out if not needed, but they add great structure. It is a polyester/spandex blend.
