Vintage Rare Brass Parrott head stapler

Vintage Rare Brass Parrott head stapler. This is a unique and rare find. The glass eye on the right side of the stapler is missing but the one on the left is green in color. It uses Regal no. 25 staples. I am not sure if it works but would look great as a decorative piece on any desk or to add to your collection.
