Vintage Rare 60s Italian couture sequins dress

I’ve only have seen this designer once! So this is truly a special piece of Italian design at its finest! It reminds me of something a fabulous beautiful person would buy during the jet-set age during the 50s-60s! The only flaw is that I’m pretty sure the waistband was added by a professional and wasn’t part of the original dress. Ask for measurements Offers are welcomed!
