Vintage Ralph Lauren jacket, reversible

I don’t know what to call this. It’s more of a zip up sweater than a jacket but it’s not knit. The striped side is cute with zipper pockets with RL engraved pulls. It’s quite heavy but not at all bulky. There’s no size on it. I would guess it to be Medium. Great shape.
