Vintage RADICA lighted TETRIS handheld‎ game. 2003

2003. RADICA. Lighted TETRIS handheld game. I am not sure how to operate this thing but I did put a battery in and it came on so I assume works just fine. When you move the button right or left the digital screen pieces move like I said not really sure how to operate it but it seems to be just fine condition. 1895. And it does play the sound. I am just not sure how to work it.
