Vintage Uniek Quick Shape Plastic Canvas Kit for making animal shapes.  It includes materials for three projects: a goose, a bear, and a dog. It allows for but does not include adding beads, magnets, and keychains to the finished products. Materials include plastic canvas shapes and yarn hanks.
