Vintage Purse Flower Shells Rattan Lucite Handle Tropical USA 1960s Grandma-core. This is an amazing rare purse that features flowers made out of shells under plastic on one side and rattan on the other. There is a beautiful lucite handle and clasp that reflects the light well, almost like a warm glow. There are some shells that are broken and/ or out of place under the plastic and some discoloration near the top under the plastic. The trim around the plastic is unglued near the top, could easily be re-glued. There is also a spot of discoloration on the side of the purse in the rattan. The inside has a few errant marks in it as well. See photos for all of these flaws. The purse measures 12” wide, 4,5” deep and 8.5” tall ( Not including the handle). This is from the Tropical brand from Florida. This is a great purse with an amazing vintage look which is very rare!
