Vintage Purple Amethyst and 14K Yellow Gold Post Earrings For Pierced Ears. These don’t have Backs so you will need to put your own backs on them. These are really pretty earrings but I never had them appraised so I’m not sure if they are real amethyst or if they may be Man made, faux, simulated amethyst, glass or something else. I found what I believe to be a 14K stamp on one of the posts which written extremely small (I could be reading it incorrectly)-I posted a picture from my zoom camera which is magnified for you to see. They are used and show all over wear including scratches, dents, discolorations and may have other flaws and imperfections to the setting and stones since they are vintage and used. The posts are bent. Measurements are approximate and colors may be off because of lighting.
