Groovy Forever Young Stripe Floral Poly Jacket with Matching Dress Vintage Puritan Forever Young Dress with matching Jacket Black Orange Green Med 1960-70's Black sheath dress with stripe detail at neck to match the Jacket Jacket is open cardigan (no closures) in Black with bright orange, yellow, white and green pattern The jacket is in excellent condition. The dress has a few snags, both front and back. Most can be trimmed off. Otherwise, the dress is in good condition with a fully functioning zipper in the back.
