Vintage Heart Locket Necklace Silver Tone Ornate Openwork Pendant in a heart shape with filigree border - inside hangs an etched puffy heart. Above the heart is a swarovski style bezel set crystal. Features a detailed openwork large heart-shaped pendant with intricate scrolling edges and a small etched heart charm dangle in the center. Above the pendant is a round faceted clear glass rhinestone accent. Chain is approximately 16 inches long and closes with a secure lobster claw clasp.
