Vintage Pride and Joy Tunic, Tulip Pattern

Vintage tunic with tulip pattern on a light yellow/cream ground. Acetate/rayon blend. Was part of a set originally. Made in USA. Size 8. Dry clean only. 2 sets of three exterior buttons on front with 2 inner buttons in between. One of the inner buttons is missing, easy to replace. Tie at the back.
