Pull both top sides and lift. Adjust the top and it will go slightly faster. Fingers rest on plastic while it is drying. Light actually works. Slide the bar that is that is next to the on/off switch and it turns on or off. Works as is, vintage pace (lol). Definitely not warp speed. But does work. Measures 7.75" long X 5" wide X 2" tall.
