Vintage Praying Holy Mackerel Fish Christmas Ornament Moving Tail Heavy 2000 BIL

This is a vintage Holy Mackerel praying fish ornament. So unique and whimsical. It is quite heavy for an ornament. The tail swings back and forth. On the back you can see the year 2000 in which it was crafted and the initials which I think are B.I.L. The i and l and hard to differentiate so I’m not positive on them. It’s in excellent condition for its age. Minimal scuffs from use. I don’t see anything broken or chipped. It does have the date 14 2004 written in ink under its robe by the tail.
