@nbblueskies you sent me some loafers. I didn’t get the Prada mules. I was so disappointed. I bought an outfit to wear with the mules. I was crushed when I saw the old loafers that I can’t even wear. You will get the right shoes in the end - just waiting to hear from poshmark on next steps. I will need you to send back my shoes as they're actually ones I wear :) I'll have poshmark send a return slip for them. Once I receive them, I'll ship the right shoes!! It's how the system works. again it's completely my fault and I'm waiting for Poshmark on how to proceed.

yes I cannot refund the order on my own. I'm so sorry. Poshmark needs to help me. but the Internet says next steps will be for you (or your nurse) to ship back and then you receive your refund. of course I will pay for shipping. I'm so so sorry for the inconvenience and I completely understand if you will not want to repurchase the shoes. if you do, I'll include a gift!

The one poshmark provided me says the shipping label has been created but the shoes have not been sent. Poshmark is saying that if that status update doesn't change by tomorrow they will release the payment :( Don't want that to happen for you so just kindly provide me an update as soon as possible.
