Vintage Pottery Barn, from approximately late 1990s. Metal, with a pewter-like finish. Was used to hang picture frames with ribbon. Can also be used as a towel/robe hook. Measures approximately 1.5" in diameter and 1" tall. Some scuffs/scrapes and paint on the reverse. Original screws. In good vintage condition.
