1980-90’s Positive Influence Brand Belted Dress bright blue Vintage Dress box pleat and ruffled sleeves Approximately size 4-6 (vintage size 11/12) Blue with white accents Side zipper Excellent condition My mannequin is size 4 and fits her great. Extra room in bust and little in waist so could probably fit size 6. Please see measurements in pics. No fabric tag, but it’s that great, slick rayon acetate! Hardly any wrinkle.
