Vintage Posable 16" Holiday Jester Doll, Mardi Gras w/doll stand

Posable 16" Holiday Jester Doll, Mardi Gras style w/doll stand Pre-owned, possibly hand-made I received this piece with a bunch of crafts and Holiday stuff I got many years ago. The lady that owned all the stuff I got was very crafty. There are 3 more pieces, I think they were used as decor for each season, this piece was obviously for Winter. Scarf is 24" long, red & green in color The Jester Hat, Arms & Legs are posable. There is glue residue in various spots, I believe the scarf was attached and that he may be missing something, like a bag, that was attached to the rope thats attached to his hand.
