Has Scalloped edge, gradient blue coloring, white center, floral motifs, pink roses & blue flowers, accented w/ gold detail Pre - Owned Very Good Condition/ The Flaw is on back wear i believeve the marks were from when it was hung w/ plate metal hanger, (see in pic the circled marks) will not be noticeable as it is on back side)
