Vintage Porcelain Doll with cloth body, handmade clothes

I found this in my storage tote from when I was little. I do remember this doll and I believe my gram made the clothing, apron, and bonnet. For sure the bonnet. It could use a good cleaning, but to be honest, I'm terrified I'll destroy something, so leaving that to the buyer who knows what they are doing ;) No markings that I saw, She has no hair. hand painted I assume I grew up in the 70s-80s for time reference
