Vintage Pope Paul VI St Christopher Coin‎ Medallion Pendant Italy

We have a medallion/pendant of Pope Paul VI and on the other side of the coin is of St. Christopher. Both sides signed Italy. The actual saying on the coin is: Paulus VI Pontifex Maximus. The other side says St. Christopher Save Us. Pope Paul VI was the Pope on 6/63 till 8/78. It’s approximately 1-3/8”. It has some wear as expected for vintage pieces!
