Up for sale is a toddler girls vintage dress by Polly flinders. Tagged T2. Measurements below. Navy with white dot print and collar and red smocking. Preowned with heavy yellowing to collar. Elastic in wrists is a bit stretched out. There is creases and little holes and snags in skirt because original owner had the hem sewn up and it was taken down. Measurements: 11” across chest lying flat 17” long
