Vintage baby blue with white polka dots prairie style Southern belle gown. This dress has 3 layers, a bottom slip, a crinoline skirt with a tule ruffle hem and the sheer polka dot layer on top. There is a back zipper and a union label inside. No size marked, please see measurements below: Bust: up to 36” Waist: 28” Hip: open Length: 62” Condition: some light yellowing on interior, not visible from the outside.
