Vintage 80s peplum dress. Missing the original belt but has string loops for a narrow or 1.5” belt. Knee length, puff sleeves. Elastic waist. Has some vague stains but nothing obvious unless you’re carefully examining the garment (see photos). Size tag is missing but appears to be a size 8/10. Mannequin is a size 2.
