Vintage Drop Waist Dress, 1980s Belle France Polka Dot Dress with Ruffle Layer Skirt, Sz S Pretty rayon dress from the 1980s is made by Jane Schaffhausen Belle France. Black with tiny white flecks and larger colored polka dots. The dress has a straight drop waist and a V back accented with a low tie. The double layer skirt has a treated hem to give more volume to the ruffles. Shoulder pads, slightly puffed sleeves, and a back zipper closure. Excellent condition overall. Marked size 8, but measures more like a modern 6 or small. Model wears a size 6 top and 8 bottom, this is too tight for model in the hips.
