Vintage Polka Dot Button Up

A beautiful navy blue white polka dotted button up. White lapels front and back, small stain on back lapel as pictured. Pearl buttons lining down the front. A light delicate piece to layer sweaters or cardigans on top or tied at the bottom with high waisted shorts. No labels or sizing on the shirt. My guess is a size small/medium.
