Vintage Polka Dot Blouse

Vintage blouse with neck tie for a bow. The base color is a soft yellow with white polka dots. The bell sleeves also make arm movement very easy. This is a sheer fabric, so you will need an undershirt. Note that fabric has no stretch, but the cut is fairly loose. Also note that because this is a vintage piece, there are some minor stains (pictured). See pictures for laid-flat measurements.
