Fully lined, with cloth buttons, mandarin collar, fit and flare silhouette, and peplum style lower. Pockets are decorative, and there isn't much for stretch. Japanese sizing runs small, so please double check the measurements! Would say this would fit a small to medium. Poler Ashley Nouvelle Collection was most likely from the 90s.
