Vintage Pleated Rayon Wide Waist Skirt Needs A Little Work

My sister told me that this skirt is very old... like maybe it was my Great Grandmother's skirt, which would make it turn of the century! The wide waist is awesome! It could be turned down to be more narrow, but I like the look of the wide waist with the pleats starting at the hips! It feels like a heavy rayon to me. It needs a little bit of work on the waist closure, but it can be made to fit a 24" waist or a 26" waist, so I'm leaving it up to the buyer. It's missing most of the snaps, so you'll need to get snaps and maybe hooks and eyes. It's 30" long. It could use dry cleaning and ironing the pleats straight, but this could be a fantastic skirt with just a little work!
