Vintage Pleated Midi Shirtwaist Dress

Stunning vintage dress in excellent condition. Shirtwaist style with button closure and tie neck. Beautiful pleated skirt. Just a few loose threads but no visible signs of wear! No fabric content tags, but possibly ramie. Button and snap closure. There are belt loops, but it does not come with a belt. No size tag, but provide close to a 4. 13.5” waist, 20” pit to pit, 42” length.
