Pretty vintage 1980s mid-weight pleated floral midi skirt by New Attitude/Russ, size Small. No size or fiber tag but based on measurements this piece is a small: 26" waist, 28" top of waist to bottom hem. ILGWU tag. Yellow, pink and orange floral print in a soft cotton blend (likely with rayon). Zip and button closure. In Excellent condition with no rips, tears, repairs, stains. No signs of wear.
