Vintage Pink & Beige Lightweight Shirt Dress 1960s 1970s Size Medium ? No Tags

This is a super cute vintage shirt dress. I would guess it's 1960s or 1970s. The fabric is very lightweight and NOT stretchy. It has a subtle crepe-paper like texture. This dress may be homemade; there are no tags. It's in really nice condition. I did notice, however, that the tan print on the sleeves is slightly lighter than on the body. That could just be some light fading from over the years. I don't feel it's very noticeable. I'm guessing this is a size medium, but please check measurements and remember it's not stretchy. I measure the bust as 38", waist 34", length from back of neck to bottom is 35-1/2". This dress has a belt but it is not pictured (same fabric as dress). Thanks for looking!
