jesslake @lenygraceb hi! It is like new, worn very shortly for a christening. The measurements are: Vest is approximately 7-3/4” shoulder to shoulder; 7-1/2” long; romper is approximately 12” from outside shoulder to top of leg opening; 15-1/2” from back of neck to bottom where it snaps; 10” armpit to armpit and 9” across cinched waist.
