Vintage Phoebe Single Button Crinkle Flutter Tropical Floral Blouse. Phoebe was an 80's popular brand. Excellent condition. No size tag however all measurements are in photos and estimated size small but has quite a bit of stretch. Vibrant tropical pattern. Crinkle flutter ruffle design. V neck with a single crossover button at waist. Has a lot of stretch and thinking mix of rayon, poly or acrylic.
