Vintage Peplum Shoulder Pad Dress

Small shoulder pads in the 3/4 sleeves with fake Pearl button closure. The waist is cinched with the peplum skirt fringe. The back zips close and has permanent ties to wrap around and make a bow. The rose pattern is really beautiful for floral prints. It was my mother’s in the 1990s and has that total 90s mom vibe! 100% polyester to make it even more vintage lol!
