Vintage Pennsylvania Dutch toleware tray

Vintage Pennsylvania Dutch toleware metal tray, from the 1950s-60s, possibly older. This black metal tray is hand painted with bright yellow, red and green florals. There is also subtle golden bronze details in the background and along the border. There is damage to the lacquered finish (as seen in photos). There are also scratches, chipped/peeling paint throughout (also noted in photos). The tray is unsigned. Measurements included in photos.
