Vintage Pendleton Reversible Pleated Plaid Wool Skirt in Grey, Black & Red XS

Midi length pleated skirt of 100% wool with a button and metal zipper closure. Skirt is reversible for two different color patterns. The tag is sewn in a way so that it doesn't show no matter how it's worn. The tag doesn't show a size, but according to measurements I think it must be around a 0 or XS. There is no elastic at all. I think this style is called the Turnabout. I'm guessing this is probably from the 1960's or so. *Please use the measurements I took to determine if this will fit correctly!
