Vintage Pendleton Red Leslie Tartan A-line lined skirt petite small-see measure

This is a beautiful authentic Pendleton skirt. The tag states size 12, however I believe in our US sizes it is smaller. It is 26 1/4 inch in length, the waist is 14 inches across with the internal circumference being 28 1/2 inches hip to hip is approximately 20 3/4” There are two 5 inch slit side pockets as well and beautiful red lining see pictures for details non-smoking.
