This is a vintage tropical floral print short sleeve blouse by Pendleton Country Sophisticates. Made in the USA of 100% easy care polyester in a navy blue color with bold white flowers and green leaves. The sleeves are raglan style with shoulder pads. There are 3 buttons in the back; and there are slits at the bottom of each side seam to allow it to be worn un-tucked. This versatile top is perfect for either career or casual wear.
